Process Improvement:

+ Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

+ Develop and implement best practices and standards.

+ Conduct regular reviews of project methodologies and tools to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Reporting and Analysis:

+ Assist PM in comprehensive project reports, including status updates, performance metrics, and financial analysis.

+ Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

+ Assist PM in generate customized reports for specific stakeholders.

Project Planning and Execution:

+ Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement the organization's project management strategy.

+ Assist PM in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

+ Align project initiatives with overall business objectives.

+ Assist PM & QA in track key performance indicators (KPIs), report to stakeholders and warning project's risks timely

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

+ Facilitate effective decision-making through clear and concise communication.

Bachelor's degree in IT.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a PMO role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).

Strong experience in build-up, tailoring the processes in IT software development project.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Redmine, Backlog, Asana).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good at English communication

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
