We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.

Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including organic posts, paid ads, and community management.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.

Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
