Manage projects according to the unit's arrangements.

Handle project management tasks: planning, progress tracking, quality management, and requirement management.

Control and address incidents, issues, risks, and changes in the project.

Estimate and manage the costs of work items (if needed).

Be the highest responsible person for the project's progress and quality to the onsite team and clients.

Manage project resources: motivate, develop, and evaluate the work quality of project members.

Serve as the main point of contact working directly with the onsite team, clients, and related departments.

Support, guide, and train project members on processes, business operations, etc.

Guide the team to become a cross-functional & self-organizing team.

Guide the team to focus on developing functions to ensure they meet the Definition of Done.

Resolve and remove obstacles that hinder the team's work.

Participate in training and seminar activities within the unit and organization.

◾️ Must Have

At least 2 years of programming experience in any language

Over 3 years of project management experience (team size 5-10 members)

Thorough understanding and good practice in project management (requirement management, resource management, task management, time management, cost management, communication, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good soft skills.

Proficient understanding and application of Scrum in software projects.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience in the IT outsourcing field, having worked with Japanese or Korean clients.

Dynamic, proactive in work.

Ready to take on new positions and projects.

◾️ Nice To Have

Possessing PSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification is an advantage.

Experience in basic design and detailed design.

Ability to communicate in English or Korean.

Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously with team sizes of 3-7 members.

Can communicate in English, Korean or Japanese
