
1/ Building and controlling the financial management reporting system of the whole group
Build/control/standardize data for reporting.
Prepare reports and analyze financial results.
Prepare periodic and irregular management reports and statistical reports according to the regulations of the management authorities/internal units
Coordinate with relevant departments in the development and preparation of management reports and statistical reports participate in the development and automation of the reporting system
Receive and process feedback from management authorities/internal units related to reported data
2/ Develop a plan and supervise the implementation of the plan of the whole group
Develop business plan and monitor companywide budget, monitor operating expenses.
3/ Develop a plan for each business project/loan/IPO application.
4/ Make a plan to manage and use capital effectively of the whole group
