During my internship at VTI, I have learned not only about professional work styles but also gained insights into life's challenges. Every issue I faced was clarified by my colleagues. The Board of Directors, leaders, team leads, and all my colleagues have provided me with motivation, instilling confidence in the company and encouraging me to move forward. VTI, to me, is not just a professional relationship but also a connection that goes beyond work. It is a matter of the heart, and this sentiment will never change within me.

As a graduate specialized in the Japanese language with an N2 certification, undertaking an internship in a technology environment posed a challenge for me. However, upon joining VTI's team, I realized that it provides a professional environment where young individuals can learn and gain practical experience in various specialized fields related to their work and career orientation.

Despite joining VTI as an intern, I have never felt out of place when facing challenges in the assigned tasks. For me, this is an environment where I can contribute my youthful energy to the projects I participate in. Although the collaboration period may be short, I am continuously striving to reach further positions within the next 2-3 years.

My internship experience at VTI has provided me with invaluable real-world experiences. I had the opportunity to receive hands-on training and support from my supervisor and the entire team, ranging from basic to advanced knowledge in marketing. Everyone at VTI was enthusiastic about guiding and mentoring me, and I even had the chance to participate in weekly training sessions that focused on both professional and soft skills essential for the job. I am grateful to VTI for providing me with the opportunity to work here, and as a result, I have now become a full-time employee of the company.
