My two-month internship at VTI was a valuable learning experience, where I gained new skills and learned how to collaborate effectively with a team. Everyone was friendly and supportive, which made me feel comfortable even when everything was still new. The admin team, though strict, always provide and inspire, helping IC operate flawlessly and creating a close, lovely family. The REC department also plays a vital role, always ready to assist everyone and ensure a peace of mind.

Throughout my internship at VTI, I had incredibly memorable moments with my colleagues. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and supportive, helping me overcome difficulties as I adjusted to the new professional working environment. Furthermore, my mentor's patience and thoughtfulness boosted my confidence and completed myself on my career path.

It was only through real experiences at VTI that I came to understand what my personal "limits" truly were. Many things I once thought were impossible turned out to be nothing more than mental barriers.
