Manage the list of product development projects for VSL, acting as a Pre-PO (Pre-Project Owner).

Handle project management tasks, including planning, progress tracking, quality control, and requirement management.

Control and manage project incidents, risks, and changes.

Forecast and manage the cost of project tasks (if required).

Assume ultimate responsibility for project progress and quality with both the onsite team and clients.

Manage project resources: motivate, guide development, and assess the performance of project team members.

Serve as the primary contact for clients and related departments.

Gather requirements from clients (end-users), analyze requirements at a high level, and transfer them to the BA for detailed business analysis.

Approve and review the system description documents prepared by the BA before they are submitted to the client.

Has an IT background or a university degree in IT.

More than 3 years of experience in project management or experience as a PO (Project Owner) for more than 3 years.

At least 2 years of experience in product development projects (preferably projects related to ERP or HRM).

Strong client communication skills (preference given to PMs who have experience deploying products for clients).

Ability to manage multi-tasking or multi-projects.

Deep understanding and proficiency in project management (requirement management, resource management, task management, time management, cost management, communication, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent soft skills.

Experience in business analysis, system review, or solution development.

Experience in project management training programs, PMF, PSM, or PMP certification is an advantage.

Fluent in English for communication, reading, and writing.

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
