Provide legal advice for the general operations of the company
Review the legal aspects of business operations
Review the company's internal document system
Implement reporting procedures

Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
Proficient in English for legal documentation comprehension, with excellent communication skills in English.
Possess certification in control/audit/law. A lawyer's license or equivalent certification is a plus.
At least 4 years of experience as a Legal Head in companies with 500+ employees.
Preference given to candidates with experience in the IT industry.
Proven ability to train and develop teams (L&D).
Strong ability to inspire and build team cohesion.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively implement work.
Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
