Collaborate with the Department Head to establish annual recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with various departments within the company to develop recruitment plans that meet staffing needs.
Participate in the development of processes, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives for recruitment.
Organize candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes according to established recruitment procedures.
Develop channels and propose policies to attract candidates.
Support the development of internal system products for recruitment operations.
Collaborate and support relevant departments in expanding and developing relationships with top IT schools for fresher recruitment and VTI brand promotion.
Assist in addressing issues related to the recruitment process and candidate experience both within and outside the company.
Prepare periodic recruitment cost reports under the guidance and supervision of direct management.
Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Assist direct management in training new members.
Support Marketing, Media, and Employer Branding efforts within the recruitment department.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree, preferred fields include Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, Trade, or Business.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role at companies with 300+ employees (at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment).
Experience in collaborating with IT universities and engaging with student activities.
Proven experience leading recruitment teams of 3 or more people.
Preference given to candidates with strong systems thinking skills; experience with ERP system development is a plus.
Passion for recruitment, proactive approach, strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent teamwork and communication skills are highly valued.
Creativity in work is a plus.
Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
Training capability is a plus.
Presentable appearance.
Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
