JOB DESCRIPTION
go onsite at JP for about 3 months to receive handover of maintenance project for insurance domain, then work offshore to gradually expand the team
requirements: communicate with customers to receive requests, read and understand design documents, system source code
opportunity to expand the project to a large size and become a manager of a large team
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese N2 or higher, confident communication with customers is an advantage (N3 is also OK if you can communicate and read documents)
Ability to propose solutions related to the system.
Over 5 years of programming experience.
Over 3 years of programming experience in java, jsp, html, css, javascipt
Experience in BD, DD, Coding, UT, IT, ST stages
Ability to manage projects, teams is an advantage: progress, issues, quality, risk...
Experience in insurance domain (損害保険) is an advantage
Having worked and studied in Japan is an advantage
Having FE certificate is an advantage
