Recruit IT jobs such as: Dev, BA, PM, PO, SM, DL.
Search, screen, evaluate and select suitable candidates for recruitment requirements
Organize the interview process according to the company's regulations
Communicate and build employer branding;
Coordinate and support related departments to expand and develop relationships with top-ranked Universities in IT to recruit Fresher and promote VTI's brand.
Support Marketing, Communication and Employer Branding.
Prioritize candidates with strengths recruiting experience for the Japanese market.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
REQUIREMENTS
From 5 years of experience in recruiting information technology personnel: Dev, BA, PM, CTV...
Experience in association with IT universities, student interaction skills.
Love to do recruitment, take initiative in work, good attitude awareness, good team communication skills is an advantage.
Being creative at work is a plus.
Ability to do training for others is an advantage.
To know Japanese is an advantage.
