Receive requirements at a general level from onsite, self-analyze and write a document describing software functions, basic design documents

Learn and analyze the available business of customers

Communicate directly with onsiters and customers to perform Q&A, clarify requirements, and receive document approval

Deploy requirements for the project

Be the final guarantee on the Offshore side about the functions are implemented correctly and sufficiently (not the detailed testing of the functions, but the check on top of the function items. to ensure there is no lack and wrong requirements)

English communication is mandatory

Graduates from a regular university, majoring in IT

Have a background in IT

At least 1 year of experience as a BA, or 2 years of experience as a tester or dev and have an orientation to become a BA

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good and logical documentation skills

Able to give presentations

Analyze requirements and break out basic design documents

Able to design DataBase is an advantage

To know Japanese is an advantage, can read and understand customer documents (expect N2, optional)

Min Toeic: 650 points
