Develop and execute the division's strategic plan aligned with company objectives
Drive revenue growth and profitability through new business development and existing account expansion
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Operational Responsibilities
Oversee operations of multiple delivery centers with 50+ employees
Drive operational excellence and maintain high-quality service delivery standards
Manage P&L responsibility for the division
Ensure compliance with client SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
People Leadership
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team
Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies
Create succession plans for key positions
Has the experience for a similar job described in the Job Description
Fluent in English (both Writing and Verbal)
Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
