Lead the design and development of high-quality mobile applications on various platforms (iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native).

Analyze complex business requirements, propose solutions, and architect scalable and efficient systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices in mobile development.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks for mobile development.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining code quality standards.

Participate in solution presentations and contribute to the strategic direction of mobile projects.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.

Expert-level knowledge in native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) and/or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin).

Proven experience in architecting and building mobile applications from the ground up.

Strong understanding of mobile design principles, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with backend integration, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data communication.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams effectively.

A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to take ownership of complex projects.

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
