Deliver Project management according to the arrangement of the unit

Be responsible for project management tasks: planning, progress monitoring, quality management, requirements management.

Control and handle incidents, arising, risks and changes in the project.

Estimate and manage costs of work items (if necessary).

Bei the person who is most responsible for the progress and quality of the project with the onsite side and the customer.

Be responsible for project resource management: motivating, developing orientation and evaluating the work quality of project members.

Be the focal point to work directly with onsiter, customers and related departments.

Over 3 years of project management experience

Strong understanding and practical experience in project management (requirements management, resource management, task management, time management, cost management, communication, etc.)

Strong analytical and big-picture thinking abilities

Experience in Java and .NET programming

Previous project management training with PMF, PSM, PMP certifications is an advantage

Experience in IT outsourcing industry, previous work experience with Japanese clients is an advantage

Preference for candidates with Salesforce and Heroku project experience

Japanese and English language skills are an advantage

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
