Analyze and clarify customer needs.

Research and learn the features of Salesforce to provide customers with comprehensive solutions.

Training for new members to learn about the salesforce (optional)

At least 3 years of software development experience and of which ~ 1 year of experience in designing & developing CRM products based on sales force platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community) Cloud, Lightning Platform, ...)

Able to communicate, read and understand documents in English. Being able to communicate is a huge advantage.

Having salesforce certifications is an advantage.

Have a high sense of responsibility, willing to learn new knowledge.

Team work & independent work.

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
