
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the tech landscape, excellent writing and communication skills, and a data-driven approach to content creation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, ebooks, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and video scripts.
Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO optimization to maximize content visibility and organic reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, engineering) to understand target audiences, product features, and industry trends.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
Promote content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Analyze content performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage and maintain the company's blog and other content platforms.
Develop and maintain content style guides and brand voice guidelines.
Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent English proficiency, with a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent)
3-5+ years of proven experience in content marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to create compelling content for different target audiences and platforms.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Proficiency in using content marketing tools for analytics, social media management, and email marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze content performance and make data-informed decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technology and innovation.
Experience with video creation and editing is a plus.
Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
