Responsible for creating content on websites, blogs, whitepapers, PR articles, media publications, email marketing, and other requested content in English and Vietnamese.

Continuously measure and improve content performance; generate reports using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer insights to build relevant marketing content

Work with sales and product development departments to create content strategies and sales support documents

Work with design to create and be responsible for all content and ensure consistent messaging

Regularly research and test, apply better forms of content creation with better content creation methods to convey the best message to customers.

Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, journalism or related fields

At least 1 year of experience in the field of content marketing, copywriting

Good level of English, especially writing skills (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90)

Experience in IT, SaaS and/or retail, manufacturing is preferred

Editorial mindset, passion for content creation and deep understanding of customers.

Have ability to use Photoshop or other design software is an advantage

Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).

Salary Increase: Annually in August.
