Consolidate project status reporting for clients

Receive requests and transfer them to offshore teams

Resolve project troubles and issues if any

Japanese communication skills with clients (N2, N1)

Experience in programming and understanding system architecture is a plus

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues

Responsible and committed to work, enthusiastic about new technology and techniques

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
