
Contact customers to verify, make daily calls.

Ensuring sales/call targets of the Team/individual.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allowed time; following up to ensure jobs are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintaining customer records, handling customer accounts and archiving documents.
Complying with work procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requires experience in customer support or previous work experience in customer service.
Manage records beyond targets.
Good listening and telephone handling skills.
Experience with CRM systems.
Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to customers.
Good/good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, organize work and manage time effectively.
Fluent Japanese communication - equivalent to N2 level or higher.
Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
