Deploy software for customers, plan system deployment, conduct training, provide user instructions, support software project operations.

Support to answer customer questions when using and operating the software

Test the software before handing over to users.

Prepare user manuals, train customers on software features

Organize instructions, support users to use the product and handle problems when they occur or Record customer feedback to improve and develop new features

Communicate content, support project members, project managers to clarify customer requirements that need to be met.

Participate in consulting on ERP, SAP, CRM software implementation, and operations in the Manufacturing domain

Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.

Graduated from a regular university, majoring in IT

Have a basic knowledge of IT, have experience working with the ERP, SAP, Manufacturing (MES) domain

Have the ability to quickly learn and use ERP, SAP, Manufacturing (MES) software

Ability to write product feature documents, clear, coherent, easy-to-understand user manuals

Have knowledge and experience in using or deploying ERP, SAP, Manufacturing (MES) software

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to collect and exchange business/functional requirements

Have the ability to work in a team or independently, work under high pressure, hard-working, careful, agile

Priority is given to candidates who have experience as a Tester or BA IT

Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA

Understand business quickly

Analyze requirements and break out basic design documents

(- Japanese N2)

Ability to design DB is an advantage

Having Japanese is an advantage, Read and understand customer documents (expect N2, not required)

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
