JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the sales team: Prepare sales documents, follow up on sales work, process paperwork (contracts, etc.) related to customers.
Search for potential partners through channels such as Email marketing, phone, etc.
Participate in communication activities, events to promote the company's image to customers (IT fairs, seminars).
For those who do not have experience in IT sales, there will be a training roadmap (Minimum training of 3 months ~)
The first month: Will be trained in basic knowledge about the industry (IT Outsourcing), profession (IT Sales) and basic sales processes, along with doing some practical work to memorize the theory faster
The next 2 months: Will go into detail about each content, combining theoretical depth and promoting practice on real work in the form of on-job-training.
REQUIREMENTS
Priority is given to candidates who are sociable and have an IT Sales orientation
Japanese communication level N1
Ability to organize, arrange, cover work, and manage working time well
Accept transfers from other industries
