Deliver Project management according to the arrangement of the unit

Be responsible for project management tasks: planning, progress monitoring, quality management, requirements management.

Control and handle incidents, arising, risks and changes in the project.

Estimate and manage costs of work items (if necessary).

Bei the person who is most responsible for the progress and quality of the project with the onsite side and the customer.

Be responsible for project resource management: motivating, developing orientation and evaluating the work quality of project members.

Be the focal point to work directly with onsiter, customers and related departments.

At least 3 years of experience in project management

Good understanding and practice of project management (requirements, resources, work, time, cost, communication, ...)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Having participated in project management training courses, having PMF, PSM, PMP certificates is an advantage.

Having working experience in IT outsourcing field, having worked with Japanese customers is an advantage.

Having Japanese is an advantage.

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
