JOB DESCRIPTION

Be responsible for providing operational direction and development orientation of the internal communication team

Be responsible for the companys internal newsletter written, audio, video and publications including entertainment information, projects, events, conveying company messages, introducing New staff

Be responsible for the posts on the companys media and social networks Fanpage facebook, linkedin, website, tiktok chanel ...

Organize internal event programs summary, vacation, music, festivals of the year, sports and entertainment programs, happy hour sessions ...

Create gratitude programs and warmup the atmosphere and working spirit of employees.

Coordinate with project departments to organize seminars, seminars inside and outside the company

Warm up the working atmosphere in the company, creating a happy, friendly working environment and many movement activities

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience in a similar position

University graduate (regardless of major). Priority is given to the Academy of Journalism, Foreign Trade and Tourism Faculty.

Under 31 years old

Good appearance, good communication, able to attract the crowd and stir up the movement

Able to write content, short reportage articles, PR articles with clear and coherent content.

Good at photography and video editing skills

Have good taste in music, MC and dancing is an advantage.

Good office computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Working hour from: 08:30am to 05:30pm. From Monday to Friday.
