JOB DESCRIPTION
Brainstorm and design various marketing materials: banners, infographics, print materials (brochures, flyers, posters), landing pages, email marketing, social media visuals, etc.
Design website UX/UI or create multimedia products (short videos, animations, etc.).
Ensure the quality of images, layout, and the message conveyed in the designs.
Maintain and develop brand identity across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with relevant departments (content, marketing) to ensure effective communication.
Monitor design trends and propose new ideas.
Manage and archive design assets.
Support other members within the design team (if applicable).
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience in marketing or agency environments.
Proficient in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize and materialize ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Clear communication and presentation skills for design ideas.
Impressive portfolio showcasing completed marketing design projects.
Experience and knowledge in UX/UI design (wireframing, prototyping, understanding of user flow) or multimedia design (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software).
