JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide consultation and implementation services for ERP or SAP systems in the Manufacturing or MES domains.
Conduct workshops to gather business and system requirements from clients.
Research market solutions and propose enhancements to improve product features and competitiveness.
Develop requirement gathering plans, implementation schedules, and end-user training plans.
Prepare project documentation including URD, SRS, and Basic Design documents.
Create user manuals and training materials to guide clients on software functionalities.
Communicate requirements effectively to the project team and provide support to ensure accurate understanding and implementation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Experience working with or implementing ERP, SAP, or MES systems in the Manufacturing sector.
Strong skills in writing clear and structured documentation such as URD, SRS, and user guides.
Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients to gather and clarify requirements.
Able to work both independently and in teams, under high pressure, with diligence, attention to detail, and proactiveness.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Prefer candidates who can analyze requirements and translate them into Basic Design documents.
Database design experience is a strong plus.
English communication skills are required.
