JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee financial planning, reporting & analysis;
Track management reports focusing Budget/Estimate/Actuals to ensure those are delivered on a timely manner and with high quality financial information;
Develop, implement and monitor control framework;
Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;
Be part of Policies & procedures Revision & development over internal control system to ensure consistency and compliance with Company/Group regulations & policies;
Prepare regular and ad-hoc report on financial control report to Company/Group Management Board;
Participate in finance related projects of the Company.
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
Arrange for debt and equity financing;
Facilitate and supervise the conduct of market research.
Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization;
Make risk assessments, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
Regularly monitor and report risk items under CFO/CEO/BOM/BOD requirement (AR risk, FS risk, verbal commitment risk, credit risk, etc.)
Develop key risk indicators (KRI) for early warnings to the business;
Engage with stakeholders for insight, recommendations, countermeasure and action plans;
Track, review and enhance SOP, process mapping of Biz;
Lead RM projects, including self-audit projects (Planning, execution, result reports, countermeasures, follow-up, tracking progress, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in finance/accounting area within big/complex organizations and/or audit services in reputable firms;
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, similar and above;
Holding Professional Qualifications like ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CFA, FRM... is a plus;
Interpretation and analysis skills, diligence and honest in communication;
Ability to manage stress and work in professional environment, including resilience, accountability and commitment with deadlines;
Comfortable with MS-Excel, PPT, Word, ERP system;
Require minimum 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree.
