JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Collaboration & Direct Consultation with Japanese Clients:
Participate directly with the client's team as a core member.
Listening (Hearing): Attend meetings and discussions to gain deep understanding of client issues, challenges, and ideas.
Solution Proposal (提案): Based on analysis, proactively research and propose feasible, innovative technical solutions by applying Generative AI.
2. Research & Development (R&D) with Generative AI:
Build PoC (Proof of Concept): Develop and test solutions to evaluate effectiveness.
Develop Intelligent Agents: Participate in building "AI Agents" capable of automating complex processes, specifically:
Text Processing: Build agents capable of reading, summarizing, and extracting core information from lengthy documents (reports, contracts, emails).
Image/Document Processing: Develop agents capable of "viewing" images, scans, PDF files (invoices, forms) and automatically extracting data into structured formats (JSON, CSV).
3. Optimization and Deployment:
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Gemini, fine-tuning open-source models to suit specific problems.
Use frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex to build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and complex agents.
Ensure solutions can be integrated and scaled within the client's system.
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese communication skills at N2 level or above
Practical experience in deploying improvement projects using Generative AI.
Experience in building systems with at least one of the following tasks:
Summarizing, extracting, and analyzing content from text.
Reading and extracting structured data from images/PDFs.
Consulting & Problem-solving Skills: Ability to listen, analyze requirements, and proactively propose solutions.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Professional Attitude: Continuous learning spirit, good teamwork, high responsibility, and ability to work independently.
MAJOR PLUS POINTS (NICE-TO-HAVE):
Previous direct work experience in Japanese company environment.
Experience in fine-tuning open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
