JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective: Drive the practical use of Agentforce (AI-driven automation and guided service) based on hands-on project experience.
Lead or support the implementation of Agentforce use cases in Service Cloud environments
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify feasible AI-driven automation opportunities
Configure and utilize Salesforce tools including Prompt Builder and Copilot Builder
Apply AI services for tasks such as classification, summarization, and routing
Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of Agentforce integrations
Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals
Share knowledge and best practices across teams for Agentforce adoption
Maintain documentation and support user enablement and training
REQUIREMENTS
Proven Agentforce implementation experience (pilot or ideally production use cases)
Understanding of Prompt Builder, Copilot Builder, AI services for classification, summarization, routing, etc.
Ability to evaluate feasibility of Agentforce use cases in Service Cloud context
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or equivalent hands-on track record
Experience working with Service Cloud, Case Management, and Knowledge Integration
Experience or good understanding and familiarity with Data Cloud
Comfortable in cross-functional consulting (technical + business)
Familiarity with OmniStudio or LWC/Flows for implementing AI output
Experience integrating external models and MCP (optional)
