JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective: Translate business needs into Salesforce configuration with a low-code approach; focus on operational stability and fast iteration.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations using low-code tools
Configure and maintain Flows, Case Management, Email-to-Case, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, SLAs
Manage Record Types, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, and Permission Sets
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
Apply active sandbox testing, assess release impact, and ensure deployment readiness
Support light administrative or development tasks to reduce handover bottlenecks
REQUIREMENTS
Strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud projects (min. 3 years)
Skilled in Flows, Case Management, Email-to-Case, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, SLAs
Hands-on with Record Types, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, Permissions
Experience with Experience Cloud is a plus
Ability to work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Active use of Sandbox testing, release readiness, and impact assessment
Able to perform light admin/dev tasks to reduce handover complexity
Familiar with DevOps and Change Sets / Unlocked Packages
German-speaking a plus (not required)
