JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective: Provide expert-level support in Apex, LWC, platform scalability, and custom development patterns.
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
Advise on solution architecture and technical approach based on scalability and platform best practices
Optimize system performance and debug complex issues
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and established integration patterns
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams
Participate in DevOps workflows including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
Provide technical guidance to junior developers, consultants, or admins on platform limits and coding best practices
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5+ years Salesforce development experience
Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, integration patterns
Understanding of Governor Limits, platform architecture, API usage
Able to advise on trade-offs between code vs low-code
Experienced with DevOps workflows, Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines
Skilled in debugging and performance tuning
Platform Developer II certification
Experience working with architects or in programs involving multiple workstreams
Comfortable coaching admins or consultants on technical boundaries
