JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop, implement, and manage VTI’s branding strategy in Vietnam and international markets (Japan, Korea, Global).
Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels (online, offline, events, publications).
Define brand positioning, key messages, brand guidelines, and key visuals.
Plan and execute branding campaigns (PR, CSR, sponsorship, brand awareness programs).
Collaborate with other marketing functions (Digital, Content, Event, ABM) to maximize brand impact.
Lead and mentor the branding team.
Monitor, analyze, and report on branding performance with actionable insights.
Contribute to the long-term strategy of positioning VTI as a global technology brand.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in branding leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of B2B branding, preferably in IT/outsourcing/technology sectors.
Creative, strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills.
Excellent team management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with Japan/Korea/Global markets is a plus.
Fluent in English (Japanese/Korean proficiency is an advantage).
