JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring business requirements are met while delivering the best user experience.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies
Design and implement automation processes (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules)
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Create and customize objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts
Develop triggers, classes, and components following Salesforce best practices
Perform unit testing and ensure code coverage meets requirements (minimum 75%)
Participate in requirements analysis and propose technical solutions
Maintain and optimize performance of existing applications
Support deployment and release management using tools like Change Sets, SFDX
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and other team members
Create technical documentation and user guides
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce Platform
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integration
Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good English reading comprehension for technical documentation
Salesforce certification (Platform Developer I or equivalent)
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Experience working with large data volumes and optimization
Understanding of security best practices and data privacy
