JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in developing professional systems for one of the leading companies in Japan.
Support analysis and clarification of customer requirements.Propose appropriate solutions to support customers in building and optimizing the system.
Be an effective bridge between customers and the development team in Vietnam.
Manage project progress, ensure quality and periodically report to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese language level: N2 or higher
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze problems and propose optimal solutions to solve business problems.
Experience preferred: Experience developing projects according to the Agile Scrum model.
Understanding and experience designing domain models.
Proficient in programming with Java (Spring Boot, REST API) and SPA frameworks (Vue.js, ...).
Proficient in using management and design tools such as JIRA, Figma, ...

Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
