Senior Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
I. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing all activities related to Bodyshop personnel in HCMC, from recruitment and team development to project operations, ensuring service quality and satisfaction of both clients and employees.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Personnel Assessment
Develop recruitment plans for Bodyshop positions based on project requirements
Review CVs and screen suitable candidates
Conduct direct technical interviews and assess professional competencies
Coordinate with clients during recruitment and onboarding processes
Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates
2. Team Management & Development
Manage and supervise Bodyshop personnel working at client projects
Regularly communicate, listen to, and support employees in resolving difficulties
Motivate and maintain positive working spirit for the team
Conduct periodic performance evaluations
Advise on career development paths for employees
Organize team building activities to strengthen team cohesion
3. Issue Resolution & Personnel Problem Handling
Quickly respond to and resolve arising personnel-related issues
Act as a bridge between employees and clients during conflicts
Handle situations related to discipline, resignations, and personnel replacements
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
4. Project Management
Monitor progress and work quality of Bodyshop team
Coordinate with clients regarding scope, timeline, and resources
Report periodically on project status and personnel matters
Manage risks and propose improvement solutions
5. Other Duties
Participate in meetings with clients and partners
Improve Bodyshop operational processes
Other tasks as assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENTS
1. Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years of team or project management experience
Experience in recruitment and technical interviewing
Understanding of software development processes and common technologies
Personnel management, coaching, and mentoring skills
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle high pressure
Responsible and dedicated to work
2.Preferred:
Japanese: Confident communication (N2 level or above)
English: Confident communication
Experience working in Bodyshop/Outsourcing environment
Experience working with Japanese clients
Strong technical background to assess candidate capabilities

Working hour from: 08:30am to 05:30pm. From Monday to Friday.
