JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise customers in Thailand (Thai companies in manufacturing, logistics, retail, BFSI, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (IT Directors, CIO, Procurement, Business Leaders).
Research market trends, competitors, and potential partners to build a customer pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Delivery, Technical) to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution offerings.
Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with customers.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → contract → handover.
Attend local events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen brand awareness in Thailand.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Fluent in Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / BD, preferably with enterprise customers.
Experience in IT services, software development, digital transformation, or outsourcing is a strong plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, high ownership, and result-oriented mindset.
Existing network with Thai enterprises or Japanese companies in Thailand is an advantage.
