1. Kinh Nghiệm và Kỹ Năng bắt buộc:
Có kinh nghiệm vẽ tay tốt, có khả năng sáng tạo và diễn đạt, diễn họa ý tưởng qua hình ảnh.
Kỹ năng thiết kế diễn họa bằng Illustrator, Paintool Sai, Precreate...
Kỹ năng thiết kế 3D, có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các phần mềm thiết kế 3D (như Blender, Cinema 4D).
Sử dụng thành thạo Figma để thiết kế giao diện người dùng (UI).
Kinh nghiệm thiết kế các sản phẩm mobile. có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính ngân hàng là 1 lợi thế..
Có khả năng phát triển các ý tưởng sáng tạo và chuyên nghiệp, đồng thời có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong nhóm.
Đam mê với lĩnh vực thiết kế đồ họa và luôn cập nhật xu hướng mới nhất.
Khả năng giao tiếp tốt để hiểu và xử lý các yêu cầu từ khách hàng hoặc đồng nghiệp.
