JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to understand system functionality and requirements
Design, write, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for projects
Perform various types of testing: functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and UAT support
Detect, document, and track software defects through bug management systems (Jira, Bugzilla, or similar)
Work closely with development team, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain detailed test documentation
Review test cases created by other team members
Support and mentor Junior Testers in the team
REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of experience in Manual Testing
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in test case design, test planning, and performing various types of testing
Proficient in using bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, Redmine, etc.)
Understanding of API testing and using tools like Postman, SoapUI
Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail
Good English reading comprehension
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent
Experience working with databases and writing basic SQL queries
Knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium) is an advantage
Experience testing on Web and Mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
Experience in industries such as Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, Healthcare
