JOB DESCRIPTION
The customer is a retail enduser - a large supermarket chain in the Kanto region
Project to develop & maintain systems for HQ and Store
Together with the customer define requirements
Deploy requirements on the offshore side, manage progress, review output and report to customers
Build trust with customers to trust them with new responsibilities and opportunities
Project scale 4-5 Onsite/20 Offshore
Candidates have the opportunity to work directly with end users, learn retail operations, and apply system experience to improve customers' business.
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese communication equivalent to N2
Have 4 years or more SE/BrSE experience
Able to do hight level processes 要件定義、基本設計
Ability to absorb, think logically and be proactive in work
Experience with base code and AWS
Priority is given to having experience in making retail systems, or knowing VueJS, Python, SQL
