JOB DESCRIPTION
Support sales team: Prepare sales documents, follow sales work, handle paperwork (contracts, ect) related to customers
Search for potential partners through channels such as Email marketing, phone, ect
Participate in communication activities and events to promote the company's image to customers (IT fairs, seminars)
For those who do not have IT sales experience, there will be a training schedule (Minimum 3 months of training ~)
First 1 month: You will be trained in basic knowledge about the industry (IT Outsourcing), profession (Sales IT) and basic sales process, along with trying out some practical work to remember the theory faster.
The next 2 months: Will go deeper into each content, combining deepening theory and promoting practice on real work in the form of on-job-training
REQUIREMENTS
Love communication, oriented to work in IT Sales
Japanese communication N1
Ability to organize, organize work, and manage working time well
Graduated from university in Japan
