JOB DESCRIPTION
Control the company's payment dossiers/records.
Control revenue records, recognize revenue, and manage customer debt status (accounts receivable).
Control tax declaration and tax finalization dossiers/records.
Review and control the work of accounting staff.
Prepare financial statements and other reports as required by regulations.
Control and archive documents and vouchers/records as required by regulations.
2/ Cost Review and Controlling:
Review cost accounts, ensuring that costs are accurately accounted for, correctly classified by item/category, allocated to the right beneficiary unit, and supported by complete documentation/vouchers, serving the accurate preparation of management reports.
Provide backup support as assigned.
Perform other tasks as required by the Head of Department and the CFO (Chief Financial Officer).
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University of Finance and Accounting, majoring in finance - accounting or higher.
Prefer to have CPA certificate.
Fluent in English, knowing Japanese is an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Skilled in using Office and professional support software, using office equipment
Communication skills with customers and partners, communicating information with colleagues.
