JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure successful delivery of all projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Manage division workforce, including resource planning, staffing, utilization, and performance management.
Control delivery cost & P&L, ensuring profitability and efficient operation of the division.
Coach and develop Project Managers, strengthening capabilities in project management, communication, and risk control.
Collaborate with overseas branches (Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, etc.) to support presales, bidding, estimation, and solution proposals.
Govern processes and quality, ensuring compliance with VTI standards and driving continuous improvement.
Build strong client relationships and support issue escalation, negotiation, and long-term engagement.
Contribute to division strategy, identifying growth opportunities in technology, talent, and delivery capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, software delivery, or digital transformation, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Division Head / Delivery Manager / Program Director).
Proven track record in project delivery management, people management, and P&L ownership.
Strong experience in managing large-scale teams (50–200+ members) and multi-project portfolios.
Solid understanding of delivery models (offshore, nearshore, onsite) and global customer engagement.
Experience working with overseas markets (Japan, Singapore, Korea, Europe, etc.) and collaborating with international sales and presales teams.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coach and develop Project Managers and build a mature delivery organization.
Excellent communication skills in English for business and customer-facing discussions.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
