JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze technical requirements and test specifications for semiconductor products/devices (IC, SoC, wafer, module, embedded systems, etc.).
Design test plans, test strategies, and test cases for various test types: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and Reliability.
Build, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks for device control software, firmware, drivers, or semiconductor test systems.
Perform automation testing for:
Software/firmware controlling measurement devices (ATE, tester, probe station, etc.)
Embedded systems / low-level software.
Collaborate with the development team to analyze errors, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Analyze test results, log data, measure performance, and report product quality.
Support improvements to testing processes, enhancing the stability and reliability of the test system.
Mentor and review technical aspects for junior/middle test engineers.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in Testing/Validation/QA for engineering systems, preferably semiconductor or embedded systems.
Experience in Automation Testing with at least one of the following languages: Python / C / C++ / C#
Experience in building or using automation test frameworks.
Embedded systems, firmware, and drivers.
Semiconductor product development process (wafer → IC → system).
Measurement devices, testers, and lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supply, ATE, etc.).
Ability to analyze logs and debug errors at the system/low-level.
Understanding of communication standards: I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, USB, Ethernet (an advantage).
Good English reading comprehension skills for technical documents and specifications.
