JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage customer information, track revenue plans and sales on CRM, report monthly fluctuations to the Board of Directors and finance department
Export invoices and track debt collection with customers
Synthesize and report business indicators and customer analysis
Support the Sales department with contract procedures and payment procedures
Support the Sales department when participating in product promotion activities to customers.
Support logistics of Biztrip according to the request of the Sales department
Coordinate with Human Resources and Admin departments to carry out common company events
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese communication equivalent to N2 or higher
Careful, meticulous and enthusiastic personality
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Having Boki certificate is an advantage
Having skills in analyzing and synthesizing data is an advantage
Having experience in accounting or sales support is an advantage
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
