JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in the design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend systems.
Work directly with the team to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
Proactively research new technologies, improve performance and code quality.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring technical standards and long-term system maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong backend and frontend experience (specific tech stack can be discussed further)
Strong technical thinking, smart, agile, and able to solve problems independently.
Willing to explore, proactively learn, and apply new technologies.
Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code is a significant advantage.
Product/system thinking mindset
Experience in large projects with large user or data sets
Capabilities Ability to work independently well, requires little micromanagement.
