JOB DESCRIPTION
Delivery & Project Management
Take full ownership of project delivery for Thai and Japanese customers in Thailand.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk.
Coordinate and lead local Thai team and offshore delivery teams in Vietnam.
Ensure delivery quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
Handle change requests, issue resolution, and escalation when needed.
2. Technical & Solution Oversight
Understand customer requirements related to:
Work with architects and technical leads to ensure feasible and scalable solutions.
Review technical designs and delivery plans to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
3. Presales & Customer Engagement
Participate in presales activities:
Present solutions and delivery plans to Japanese and Thai customers.
Act as a key bridge between business, technical teams, and customers.
Support contract kickoff and transition from presales to delivery.
4. Stakeholder & Communication Management
Communicate effectively with Japanese and Thai stakeholders.
Build long-term trust with customers as a delivery owner.
Prepare project reports, status updates, and executive summaries.
Be available for onsite work at customer offices in Thailand when required.
Coordinate and support customer visits to Vietnam to meet offshore delivery teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
Solid technical background in:
Software development and/or
System integration projects.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage both local and offshore teams.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
English: Business level (spoken & written)
Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent is a strong plus)
Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following:
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
MES systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Retail systems / O2O / POS / ERP
Experience working with Japanese customers or Japanese companies.
Experience in IT outsourcing or system integrator environment.
