JOB DESCRIPTION
Client in the Brand Marketing domain• Development project for retail-related systems• Project scale: Onsite team of 3–5 members / Offshore team of 15–20 members• Work onsite with the client to conduct requirement hearings and requirement definition (要件定義)• Communicate requirements to the offshore team and drive development execution• Manage progress, review deliverables, and report to the client• Build trust with the client to expand responsibilities and gain new opportunities/projects• Participate in proposal/estimate-related tasks and related training programs• Friendly client environment with smooth communication and collaboration• Opportunity to work on advanced development projects leveraging new products and new technologies
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (able to attend meetings and communicate with clients)• 3+ years of BrSE experience• Experience in client meetings and communication• Proactive work attitude• Problem-solving skillsPreferred experience:• Experience in requirement definition (要件定義) and design (設計)• Experience with retail-related systems• Programming and system development experience• Experience working in offshore development models• Team management experience
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
