JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in an e-commerce website system development project• Handle project-related work for a client engaged in software design and software/hardware sales• Work directly with the client to conduct requirements definition (要件定義)• Communicate and hand over requirements to the offshore team• Manage progress, review deliverables, and report to the client• Project team size: Onsite 3–5 members / Offshore 15–20 members
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese business communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or above• 3+ years of BrSE experience• Experience in client meetings and communication regarding requirements definition (要件定義) and design (設計)• Ability to proactively drive work and handle issues
Experience in explaining, proposing, and presenting to clients
Experience in development or operation of systems such as Magento and e-commerce sites
Programming / system development experience
Experience participating in offshore development projects
Team management experience
