VTI Takumi Program (Candidate Support)】
Counseling• Provide candidate outreach and counseling for applicants to the VTI Takumi Program• Counsel applicants on the program overview and learning curriculum• Conduct one-on-one counseling via phone, online meetings, chat, and face-to-face sessions
Selection / Program Entry Support• Manage the selection process (written tests, interviews, etc.)• Manage applicant / successful candidate lists and compile selection results• Support successful candidates with program entry procedures, required documents, and pre-start preparation
Recruitment Promotion / Candidate Outreach• Plan and run recruitment content (SNS, webinars, etc.)• Organize and conduct online/offline information sessions, seminars, and workshops• Reach out to non-IT candidates and career-change candidates
Trainee Follow-up / Support• Follow up with trainees before program start and during training• Work with the education team to track learning progress and identify issues• Help create an environment where trainees can focus on learning
Metrics Management / Improvement• Track and report applicant volume, enrollment rate, and results by recruitment channel• Propose improvements to the recruitment process and counseling content
Manage end-to-end engineer recruitment operations, from recruitment planning and execution to post-onboarding follow-up• Plan and execute recruitment activities• Create and update job postings• Handle candidate operations (resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.)• Conduct interviews and evaluations• Negotiate and finalize hiring conditions• Handle onboarding procedures• Provide post-onboarding follow-up• Perform other recruitment-related tasks (client coordination, communication, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Required experience:• Recruitment experience as a recruiter (1 year or more)• Experience at a recruitment agency (1 year or more) in one of the following roles: client-side recruiter, candidate-side recruiter, or full-cycle recruiter• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative• Ability to understand the overall picture• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Preferred experience:• Experience in recruitment planning and execution• Experience in candidate handling and interview operations• Experience in planning and managing recruitment content (SNS, webinars, etc.)• Experience in conducting information sessions, seminars, and workshops• Experience in metrics management and improvement proposals• Experience in counseling non-IT candidates or career-change candidates
BENEFITS
Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).
Salary Increase: Annually in August.
Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.
Transportation Allowance: Up to 35,000 yen per month.
Client Visit Expenses: 100% of travel expenses for client visits are covered.
