Participate in Web/Mobile system development projects for Japanese clients as an SE/BrSE• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze requirements, and confirm specifications• Bridge communication between Japanese clients and the offshore development team in Vietnam; handle Q&A and align understanding across teams• Create technical documents such as SRS, Basic Design (BD), Detailed Design (DD), and test specifications• Manage project progress, quality, issues, and risks; provide reports to clients• Create WBS, estimate effort, track progress, and coordinate project execution• Assign tasks to the offshore team, review deliverables, and drive project execution• Support business system development projects in domains such as IoT, AI, and construction

Required experience:• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above (able to communicate with Japanese clients and handle technical documents in Japanese)• 3+ years of BrSE experience in projects for Japanese clients• Experience in project coordination, offshore team coordination, and delivery management

Preferred experience:• Experience working directly with Japanese clients (meetings, technical emails, Q&A)• Experience preparing technical documents in Japanese (SRS, BD, DD, test specifications, progress reports)• Experience in requirement clarification, specification coordination, and design documentation• Experience with WBS creation, effort estimation, and progress/issue/risk management• Experience coordinating offshore development (task assignment, deliverable review)• Experience coordinating teams of 5–20 members across onsite/offshore setups• Knowledge of or experience in Web system development (RDB, Git, Backlog, Docker)• Experience with TypeScript/React, PHP, or AWS• Project experience in IoT, AI, Construction Tech, or FinTech• PMP, PMI-ACP, or AWS certification is a plus

Bonuses: Twice a year (in July and December).

Salary Increase: Annually in August.

Housing Allowance: 30,000 yen per month.

Transportation Allowance: Up to 35,000 yen per month.

Client Visit Expenses: 100% of travel expenses for client visits are covered.
