JOB DESCRIPTION
Gather and analyze requirements from the business, BA, and stakeholders to clarify the goals and constraints of each feature.
Propose solution ideas for functionality, business processes, and screen interfaces.
Develop user flows, task flows, and information flows for mobile banking features.
Create screen structures at the UX level (wireframe), ensuring clarity, logic, and ease of understanding.
Implement user research methods if needed (interviews, surveys, heuristic reviews, journey mapping, etc.).
Implement designs based on requirements, creating reusable components based on design guidelines to collaborate with the project.
Write detailed screen specification documents for the UI and Development teams (UX spec / functional UX document).
Collaborate with the project team, PM, Development, and QA to verify accuracy during the product build process.
Ensure consistency with the existing design system and suggest improvements when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Enterprise UX Design: Experience designing B2B/enterprise solutions that handle complex data processing and administrative functions, distinct from B2C (5+ years of experience recommended).
Domain Understanding: Fundamental understanding and ability to learn about IT infrastructure areas such as network security, firewall policies (in/out), IP/port systems, etc.
Design System Development: Experience designing reusable component-based design guidelines for collaboration with Vue.js developers.
Figma: Ability to use it as a core tool for real-time collaboration and prototyping.
Prototyping Tool: Ability to design interactive designs that can pre-simulate complex policy editing processes.
